Program Choices #
Students will be given 14 days after Examination results are released.
Issue of Round One Offers
(3 days after the Closing Date for Change of Program Choices).
Reply Date for accepting Round One Offers and complete the Enrolling procedures **
(2 weeks after the issue of Round One offers).
Issue of Round Two Offers
(3 days after the Reply Date for Round One offers).
Reply Date for accepting Round Two Offers and complete the enrolling procedures ***
(2 weeks after the issue of Round Two offers).
After Round Two, any offers are issued on a daily basis to fill any vacancies that may arise.
If necessary, some Higher Education Institutions may continue to make offers until 30th September 2009.
#All students who wish to change their program choices must do so during the 14 days after Examination results are released.
N.B. This date applies also to those who will be re-sitting their examinations. Such students will NOT be allowed to change their choices after the results of the re-sit examinations become available.
** N.B. Students who do not accept an offer by 2.30pm on the appropriate Reply Date will lose that place because it will be offered immediately to another applicant on the waiting list.
*** Note: Any student from inside or outside Oman who doesn't register during the period from 1st of April 2008 to 1st June 2008 will not be allowed to register in the system.
