Awareness Campaign
For Public Awareness Purposes, at Present Several Activities Are Taking Place To Make The Public, Students And Their Parents Aware of The Higher Education Admission System. Among These Are The Following:
- Formal Launching of the Awareness Campaign and Launching Of the New HEAC Website.
- On Field Visits and Lectures for Both Public and 12th Grade Classes about the Admission System.
- Training the Head Of Learning Resources Centers, Computer Inspectors, Computer Instructors, In Each Directorate General Of Education, Teaching Colleges, Technical Colleges, And Some Private Universities And Colleges, To Guide The Local Teachers In How To Explain The System To Students, So That The Students May Be Able To Submit An Application
- Instructional CD Titled "Electronic Admission System Use Guide" which Demonstrates How To Use The System Will be Distributed To 12th Grade Students
- Radio and Television Documentaries and Interviews about Admission System.
- Radio And Television Interviews In Programs Related to IT To Talk About The Technical Aspect Of Registration Process.
- Articles in Newspapers about Admission System to Students and Their Parents and concerning What To Do What Not Do During Registration.
- Several Advertisement Will Published In Local Newspapers Regarding The Following :
- Advertisement about Registration Opening Date.
- Advertisement About Registration Closing Date
- Advertisement About Changes In Original Choices Of Programs
- Advertisement About The deadline Of Accepting Offers o Advertisements About Unfilled Places
- Advertisements About Scholarships and Grants From Universities Abroad
