The registration phase at HEAC system to apply for the HEIs in Oman, and external scholarships and grants for the undergraduate level, starts from the 1st of April until the 1st of June every year. Omani fresh graduates who obtained General Education Diploma or any equivalent certificates, from Oman or abroad can apply through this system in order to enrol at the HEIs.

Students can apply via HEAC website, mobile application, or SMS service by logging to HEAC system, and then choose from the available academic programs they wish to apply for by arranging them in the program choices list.
